Je suis inspiree par la violence faite aux femmes car voyez-vous il y a pas mal de femmes qui sont victimes partout dans leur foyer, leur travail parce qu'elles sont des femmes. Particulièrement dans mon pays ces abus sont très courants et c'est pour cela que je me suis engagée dans le mouvement feministe afin de faire respecter les droits des femmes partout ailleurs. To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. Thus, a good leader is one who will listen to their followers and will effectively compromise with them in order to ensure a clear vision for her or his organization, country,... ( lees verder)
